Our ‘Hands-on communication customised online group workshop’ will be tailored to your organisation’s needs.

Whether it’s training frontline staff in communicating effectively with community members or building your team’s capacity to create easy English or plain language material, we can tailor the workshop to meet your needs. All workshops begin with an introduction to health literacy. Our customised option then allows you to select and prioritise from key concepts of health literacy to best suit your organisation’s goals.

We can deliver and facilitate training packages in one or multiple sessions depending upon your organisation’s needs and the availability of your staff. Our workshops are run online via Zoom and are capped at a maximum of 20 participants. They include discussions around case studies, facilitated group activities, interactive quizzes as well as practical tips and tricks.
