Our ‘ Communicating with your patients: The teach-back method workshop’ runs for 1.5hrs and is open to anyone who has prior knowledge of the teach-back method.

This workshop includes:

• Detailed exploration of the individual steps within the teach-back method.

• Using teach-back in demonstration based communication.

• Using teach-back with an interpreter.

• Enliven Victoria’s teach-back check list.

Our workshops are run online via Zoom and are capped at a maximum of 20 participants. They include discussions around case studies, facilitated group activities, interactive online quizzes, as well as practical tips and tricks.

After the workshop you will receive a certificate of participation, which you can add to your continuing professional development (CPD) record. .

Please note: our group workshops require a minimum number of 6 participants to run.
