With an educational background in Clinical Psychology and Community Services, Ambika has extensive experience working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities. Facing the challenges of navigating the Australian health system as a new migrant gave her a deeper commitment to promote health awareness among the CALD communities. ​

Ambika’s work is focused on providing accessible, evidence-based information to help individuals make informed decision about their health. Passionate about mental health, she has delivered numerous mental health sessions to help empower the communities to better understand and access the care they need.​
